SkyHigh Castles Issues UK Heatwave Safety Update

With temperatures rising across the UK, SkyHigh Castles has released a new heatwave safety poster to help customers enjoy their bouncy castle hire while staying safe during periods of particularly hot weather.

Our new “Keeping the Fun Going Safely” campaign highlights four simple precautions for customers: stay hydrated, take regular breaks, check the temperature of inflatable surfaces and provide shaded areas wherever possible.

Bouncy castles can become hot when exposed to strong sunshine for extended periods. We therefore encourage parents, guardians and event organisers to regularly check the inflatable and make sure users have plenty of opportunities to cool down.

🏰 Safety Comes Before the Booking

Customer safety remains our priority. If temperatures or other weather conditions reach a point where we believe operating an inflatable would be unsafe, SkyHigh Castles may postpone or cancel the hire and will contact affected customers with further information.
